For groups of 15 or more, Kennedy Space Center’s Reservations Center will assist you in planning your group tour to America’s spaceport. To plan your Kennedy Space Center group tour, please call (866) 737-5235.
For Kennedy Space Center group tours or corporate events of 45 or more, the following options are available:
Kennedy Space Center Tour
KSCVC buses depart continuously from the bus boarding area to shuttle your guests to our two tour destinations.
Timed Departure
The Kennedy Space Center tour bus will depart at the designated time for first stop. After that, our guests will be responsible for completing the tour on their own.
Group Booking Policies & Procedures
A guaranteed number of visitors must be confirmed 72 hours in advance of your scheduled visit with a sales associate at (866) 737-5235. If the actual number of the group exceeds the guaranteed number, KSCVC will make every effort to accommodate additional persons but cannot guarantee timed departure, special interest tour or meal options. If the actual number is less than the guaranteed number for your timed departure, special interest tour or any meal option, you will be responsible for payment of the guaranteed number that was previously given. For regular visits without special arrangements, changes may be made at the time of your group’s arrival.
