Endeavour Tour and Fly-Out Update:
As of 3:00 p.m. EDT, the Endeavour Fly-Out has been rescheduled from Tuesday, Sept. 18. to Wednesday, Sept. 19. Endeavour Fly-Out viewing opportunities are available on Sept. 19. Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex will open at 5:30 a.m.
Endeavour Fly-Out Viewing: Sept. 19, 2012
On Sept. 19, 2012, space shuttle Endeavour is scheduled to depart Kennedy Space Center for the last time at approximately 7:15 a.m. EST. The orbiter, atop of the Shuttle Carrier Aircraft, a modified Boeing 747, will fly to its new destination at the California Science Center in Los Angeles, California.
The Visitor Complex will open at 5:30 a.m. EST on Wednesday, Sept. 18. Those who have transportation tickets to the Shuttle Landing Facility will begin boarding the buses at 5:45 a.m. Limited operations will be open to the public prior to the fly-out.
Viewing will also be available from the Visitor Complex. Guests will have a great photo opportunity of the Shuttle Carrier Aircraft and Endeavour as they fly over the Rocket Garden. Admission is $50 per adult / $40 per child (ages 3-11), plus tax.

For those who purchased the $40 ticket to view the Endeavour Fly-Out from the Shuttle Landing Facility, you have several options:
1. The tickets can be used to view the Endeavour Fly-Out from the Shuttle Landing Facility on Wednesday, Sept. 19.
2. The ticket can be used on Tuesday, Sept. 18 for an Endeavour tour to see Endeavour atop the Shuttle Aircraft Carrier at the Shuttle Landing Facility (value $20) and for a $20 retail merchandise voucher.
3. The ticket can be used as a voucher for $40 in retail.
