Sales Representative I (Associate Sales Rep-Distribution): Educate, motivate and endear front-line ticket sellers to proactively recommend KSCVC as a must-see experience when visiting the Central Florida area. Accomplish through personal relationship building and by providing staff with proper resources to support their efforts to sell KSCVC. Call on leisure related businesses that cater to inbound visitors to Central Florida including hotels, timeshares, cruise ships, military bases, and visitor centers as well as supporting the T&T team through the servicing of AAA branches, tour and receptive operator offices. Maintain proper inventories of sales and marketing collateral and make recommendations on new marketing tools to ensure success in the Central Florida marketplace. Participate in key industry and organizational trade events and shows, to ensure effective networking and visibility for KSCVC against other attractions in the area. Monitor B2B sales and marketing initiatives with competitive attractions. Assist in marketing events and other tasks as requested by management.

Manager, Financial Analysis: Full responsibility for all financial analysis, new business ROI and related business modeling. Artifact Collections Registrar: Perform professional wor providing for the safekeeping and responsible electronic and hardcopy record management of the artifact collection as outlined in the Artifact Collections Management Plan. Perform all tasks related to the creation, renewal and return of loaned artifacts to the Kennedy Space Center, as well as the loan of artifacts to other institutions. Serve as Collections Management Department Property Custodian point of contact for Procurement and Payroll Department, as per NASA requirement. Perform the duties of the Artifacts Collections Manager in his/her absence, by performing in depth historical research for artifact in the collection as assigned, respond to outside academic inquires and research requests regarding the collections. Responsible to maintain the annual department budget for artifact loans, and for occasionally ordering supplies utilizing department purchase orders.
The ideal candidate will have experience performing the duties of Registrar at a museum, art museum or gallery, science center, library or other similar institutions of learning. Experience with computer-based artifact database cataloging and tracking applications, preferably PastPerfect. Experience with maintaining hardcopy records, as well as familiarity interacting with fulfilling requirements of government and/or NGO-type organizations. Experience managing personnel and developing/overseeing duty schedules. Bachelors Degree in the area of Museum Studies/Administration, Public History, Archival Science, Library Sciences or similar field preferred. Marketing Specialist: Research, identify, propose, develop and implement promotional programs designed to generate visibility and drive new attendance to KSCVC. Promotions will be developed and targeted on both the regional and national level. Program development will include the coordination of promotional packages, leveraging media support and prize fulfillment. Additionally, solicit business partners and develop and execute promotional programs including in-house beverage partner; retail outlets; consumer goods providers and restaurant chains. Create coop media campaigns designed to support these promotions. Support the execution of seasonal consumer events. Grow the Commander's Club Annual Pass program through the creation of new benefits designed to add value and generate consumer interest in the program. Manage the quarterly club newsletter, development and coordination of annual benefits, events and rewards associated with membership. Develop and implement sales initiatives designed to grow Commander's Club annual pass sales.

Educator I: (Part time) Excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to interpret complex technical information confidently and effectively to participants of varying ages and backgrounds. Prior knowledge and interest in KSC and NASA’s space program. Security Officers (4): (Part time, on call) Control the various entry/exit locations throughout the DNCP&R controlled areas. Operate a walkthrough metal detector and conduct hand searches of bags carried by guests. Direct visitors and vendors to appropriate locations. Report all violations to the Security Lead or Security Management immediately. Read and comply with the established DNCP&R Security Post Orders. Conduct various security checks or other assigned duties as required. Conduct foot and motorized vehicle patrol of all areas of the Visitor Complex property or operations. Respond to any incidents as needed, complete an investigation, and follow up with a written report. Conduct any other additional duties as assigned by Security Management.
Requirements Include: Be a United States Citizen or Naturalized Citizen. Have a general knowledge of two-way radio usage and associated codes. Must be able to read, write, and complete written/typed reports and statements in English. Be able to efficiently and thoroughly manipulate and handle baggage, containers, and other objects subject to security processing. Be able to read, speak, and write English well enough to: Carry out written and oral instructions regarding the proper performance of screening duties.
