Professional (Full Time Salaried)
Assistant Catering Manager: Minimum of five (5) year´s experience and / or equivalent in a high volume on and off site catering environment is required. Strong food knowledge and previous experience supervising professional chefs and kitchen employees required. Must have experience in catering functions for up to 500 people with a wide range of menus. Meets with Special Events Coordinator and clients to schedule catering events. Markets menus and special package features to clients. Works with Chef to develop specialty and themed menus. Solicits guarantees and arranges deposits from clients. Trains, schedules, supervises and disciplines banquet staff for special events. Establishes floor plans and directs staff in set up of banquet facilities. Coordinates with clients to accommodate their requests. Works closely with Special Events Coordinator in this regard. Bachelor´s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Part Time (Hourly)

Hospitality Crewmembers: Must be available to work March 26 through April 12, 2010. Positions may run through September 5, 2010. Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in Customer Service, Guest Relations, Food Service, Porters and as Dishwashers. Valid drivers license required and must able to obtain NASA Security Badge. MUST BE available to work 0-40 hours per week. Required to be on-call as hours may vary. Weekends required. Must have flexibility to work a.m. and p.m. shifts.
