Commercial Space Flight & Travel

NASA is building the foundation for the next giant leap in space travel through the Commercial Crew Program. Working closely with multiple commercial partners, NASA is designing a system where private companies will fly astronauts to space. The results could be several space craft providing safe and reliable flights to low Earth orbit destinations such as the International Space Station.

NASA has partnered with the following companies to build the Commercial Crew Program:

The Boeing Company of Chicago, IL

Sierra Nevada Corporation of Sparkes, NV

Space Exploration Technologies (SpaceX) of Hawthorne, CA
