All tickets purchased on this site are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We make every effort to accommodate special requests. Special requests are noted in our reservation system; however, we cannot guarantee that the special request can be met.
Confirming Your Reservation
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an auto generated email from Yahoo! Shopping detailing your order. This is to confirm that we have received your order. You have not been charged at this time.
If you choose to have your tickets shipped to you, you order will be processed and charged to your credit card within seven days and they should be delivered to you within two weeks.
If you choose to pick up your tickets at the Visitor Complex Will Call, you will then receive a second email from the Visitor Complex with a reservation code. Once you have received this email, your order has been processed.
All tickets with a date and time associated with them (Lunch With an Astronaut, Discover KSC: Today & Tomorrow, Cape Canaveral: Then and Now tours, and Astronaut Training Experience), regardless of shipping option chosen, are not confirmed until you receive the second email from the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex with a reservation number.
All exhibits are subject to change and tour routes may be altered or closed due to operational requirements or launch preparation.
Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is a full day experience. Please plan your trip accordingly. The Visitor Complex is open from 9 a.m. until dusk every day of the year, except for December 25 and certain launch days. Please call (866) 737-5235 for more information.

General Admission
General Admission provides access to all the Visitor Complex movies, exhibits and shows, including as many IMAX films as you can see in a day. Also included is the Kennedy Space Center tour into restricted areas, featuring stops at Launch Complex 39 Observation Gantry and the Apollo/Saturn V Center.
The Cape Canaveral: Then & Now and KSC Up-Close are special guided tours. They offer a personally guided, in-depth journey through the past and present of space exploration.
Please Note: A government issued driver's license or state identification card is required for guests ages 18 and older. International guests (including children) must present a valid passport to participate. You must check in at Guest Relations at least 30 minutes prior to your tour. This tour sells out daily and reservations are strongly suggested. Reserve online or call (866) 737-5235. Photography and video are limited to designated tour stops.

You must select a tour departure time on the website as you place your order. To check in on the day of your tour, proceed to Information Central, located inside the Visitor Complex, or call (866) 737-5235 for more information. Please plan on arriving at the ticket plaza at least 45-60 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.
Admission and Special Interest Tour Tickets are valid for one year from date of purchase.
Astronaut Training Experience Cancellation Policy
You may receive a full refund if we receive written notification of cancellation 30 days prior to your ATX adventure, less a $10 per person handling fee, to cover the costs incurred in processing your reservation. Cancellations made 29-15 days prior to your ATX adventure will receive a 50% refund less a $10 per person handling fee. All monies will be forfeited if cancellations are made 14 days and under. Substitutions for ATX group members may be made up to 7 days in advance with no penalty. After that time, a $10 processing fee will be charged for substitutions. All refunds will be credited 60 days after your original ATX adventure date.
Security Information:
For the safety of our guests and crewmembers, the following items are not permitted at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex:
- Fire arms of any type (with or without a permit)
- Ammunition (live or spent)
- Pepper/mace sprays
- Knives larger than a typical pocket knife with a blade greater than 3" in length
- Automatic (switchblade) type knives
- Box cutters or similar items
- Any other large items with sharp edges or pointed ends
Additionally hard-sided coolers, luggage and other large bags are not permitted through the front gate and alcohol may not be brought onto the premises.
All bags, purses and other items may be opened and inspected at the Visitor Complex at the discretion of Security Management. If any of the above items are discovered, you will be asked to return them to your vehicle. If you choose not to return the items to your vehicle, you must surrender them to a security officer. Surrendered items will not be returned to you.
