Taste of Space: A Collection of Art & Food

Oct 19, 2019 - Oct 20, 2019 & October 20, 2019 | 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM each day Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex

At first thought, NASA science and art may not seem like a logical match, but the relationship between NASA and art has a colorful history. This fall, Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is celebrating the longstanding importance of NASA art with some favorite food vendors at the inaugural Taste of Space: A Collection of Art & Food event.

On October 19 and 20, 2019, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM, join the visitor complex for unique food truck samplings, beer and wine and space-inspired art stations near Space Shuttle Atlantis®. Plus, fine art from the NASA archives is coming out of the vault for a limited exhibition, available only at the visitor complex. Take a look at the artwork that commemorates the past and future of space travel. You can also unleash your inner artist at some hands-on craft and painting stations. This event is family friendly, so aspiring space explorers and artists are welcome!

Packages for sampling food, beer, wine and some art stations will require an additional ticket. Day-of food sampling will also be available for purchase. Further ticket details will be available soon.
