- Accessible via the Kennedy Space Center Bus Tour on a first-come, first-served basis
- See the rocket leave the launch pad
- Approximately 6.2 miles / 10 kilometers from the launch pad
- Viewing area opens at 12:30 PM
- Launch audio, video, and commentary by a space-expert communicator
- Banana Creek Viewing Area will remain open until 4:00 PM. If the launch has not occurred by 4:00 PM, the viewing area will close to guests due to the window extending beyond visitor complex operating hours.
Rocket Garden / Gateway Pavilion

- See the rocket once it clears the visitor complex buildings
- Approximately 6.7 miles / 10.8 kilometers from the launch pad
- Limited picnic table and bench seating
- Launch audio, video, and commentary by a space-expert communicator
- Visitor complex viewing will remain open until 5:00 PM. If the launch has not occurred by 5:00 PM, the viewing area will close to guests due to the window extending beyond visitor complex operating hours.
