An out-of-this-world dining experience is easy to find at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Vegetarian, gluten-free and healthy choices are available at all restaurants and crewmembers can assist with information about menu options.
Did you know? The plates and bowls in our cafes are made from recycled pulp. The cutlery, straws and plate lids are not plastic, but are bio-based and biodegradable.

In order to safely prepare guest food, all employees are required to wear face coverings, undergo temperature-screening procedures upon arrival to work and remain up-to-date on the latest health and safety information. Additionally, we have implemented stringent cleaning and safety practices, including increasing the routine cleaning of frequently touched surfaces in the workplace and at workstations, countertops, doorknobs, etc.
