Children five and under can enjoy free admission to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex in 2026 with the Junior Space Explorer Pass.
To claim the Junior Space Explorer Pass, you must register online by February 27, 2026. Bring a copy of the confirmation email, along with the child’s birth certificate or other age-identifying document, to Will Call or the Information building at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex by December 31, 2026, to redeem their 2026 Junior Space Explorer Pass. You must also bring another document or ID to identify that you, the purchaser, are a Florida resident.
Once redeemed, the Junior Space Explorer Pass can be used through December 31, 2026.
Important Information:
- Only available to Florida residents. Must show proof of residency.
- You must bring the voucher and a birth certificate (digital copy acceptable) or an age-identifying document for the child.
- You must register your child, which can only be done online at KennedySpaceCenter.com by February 27, 2026. This offer is not available for registration at the front entrance.
- The child must be under the age of six at the time of redemption.

Yes. We want to offer our neighbors who are 5 and younger access to experience all that the visitor complex has to offer. This gives Florida residents the chance to experience all of the wonderful family-friendly attractions at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.

Guests will be required to show a valid form of ID (a copy of a certified birth certificate or travel passport) to verify the child’s age before entry. The birth certificate can be a digital copy. Please note that school IDs or children’s security IDs will NOT be accepted. Parents/guardians should have a photo ID with proof of their Florida residential address.

Can foster parents/guardians take advantage of this offer?
Yes. Foster parents would need to complete the online registration. Then bring the confirmation email and a copy of your Department of Children and Families paperwork from a foster agency that includes the foster child’s name and their date of birth to the Will Call or the Information building at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Please black out any personal information on this copy of the paperwork, like social security number, Medicaid number, etc. Foster parent(s) should have a photo ID with proof of their Florida residential address and their foster license for verification.
