MISSION

SpaceX plans to launch the SXM-8 satellite for SiriusXM aboard a Falcon 9 rocket. This satellite will replace the XM-4 satellite in SiriusXM’s fleet providing satellite radio programming to consumers across North America. This launch will lift off from Space Launch Complex 40 at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

Due to the scheduled launch window of 12:25 AM to 2:26 AM being significantly outside visitor complex operation hours, launch viewing opportunities are not available.
