Taste of Space: Celebrity Edition features acclaimed chefs Rocco DiSpirito (Tournament of Champions, Guy's Grocery Games), Duff Goldman (Ace of Cakes, Kids Baking Championship) and Marc Murphy (Chopped, Chopped Junior) who will be cooking up something special on the evening of Friday, November 4, 2022, inside Gateway: The Deep Space Launch Complex.

The Chef Demonstration and Tasting is a one-of-kind evening event that features celebrity chefs Rocco DiSpirito, Duff Goldman, and Marc Murphy as they demonstrate their expert cooking techniques on stage and sharing custom menu samplings with the audience. Veteran NASA astronauts Bruce Melnick, Scott Altman, and Sandra Magnus will also be in attendance to mingle and share their stories of eating in space, such as some of their favorite foods from their space flights. Finally, you can't miss an out-of-this-world cake designed by master baker Goldman coming from his bakery, Charm City Cake Shop.
The live chef demonstration includes:
- Samplings from the chef demonstration menu and other passed dishes
- Two (2) alcoholic drink tickets
- Cash bar
- Astronaut photo opportunities
- Signed commemorative piece by the chefs and astronauts
- Custom event pin

Foodies and connoisseurs of fine dining this event is a don't-miss opportunity. Be one of the limited VIPs who will enjoy an elevated culinary experience featuring these celebrity chefs. Guests will enjoy an evening with chef-created, multi-course dinner, including cocktail pairings, and the two-hour meal features a menu designed for you by the chefs themselves. As this limited participation event, you are a VIP enjoying personal visits to each table from the chefs and interacting with astronauts Melnick, Altman, and Magnus. You will end your night with a treat sweeter than most desserts: you will meet, mingle, and take photos with the chefs and astronauts.

- A small-group, 2-hour plated meal created by the chefs
