Event Venue: Apollo/Saturn V Center Conference Room
The conference room in the Apollo/Saturn V Center is a retro-inspired venue, once utilized for only NASA executives. Special guests, ranging from worldwide government officials to the families of the astronauts, watched rocket launches from this very area.
The conference room overlooks the Apollo/Saturn V Center’s main attraction: an authentic, massive 363-foot long Saturn V Moon rocket. Plus, step outside onto the patio and view the launch pads across the Banana Creek. This conference room, located upstairs, ensures privacy with unparalleled bird’s eye views!
Availability: Year round, beginning at 8:00 AM (times vary on season and park operating hours)
Capacity: 44 seating; 24 at original triangular conference table; room for 2 additional round tables.
Inclusions: Banquet tables and chairs, white linen, black napkins, serviceware, standard décor and professional service staff. 60” TV monitor in room for presentations
