NASA's SpaceX Crew-5

Oct 05, 2022 12:00 PM Launch Complex 39A • Kennedy Space Center

Mission:

NASA and SpaceX will soon launch the fifth crewed mission to the International Space Station (ISS) as part of NASA's Commercial Crew Program (CCP). The crew consists of NASA astronauts Nicole Mann and Josh Cassada, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency's (JAXA) Koichi Wakata, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Anna Kikina.

Launch Viewing:

Crew-5 launch viewing is available with the purchase of either a launch viewing package (see below) or admission on a first-come, first-served basis. Because this is a mid-day launch, other forms of admission, like annual passes, will be valid for viewing from the main visitor complex only. The Kennedy Space Bus Tour will be available beginning approximately at 1:30 PM. The visitor complex will open parking at 7:30 AM, and the main entrance at 8:00 AM on launch day.

All launch viewing packages are mission-specific and the launch date and time is subject to change with little notice. Packages are non-transferable. Please be familiar with the Scrub Policy.
