Tickets

Conveniently located at the Main Entrance, Ticket Windows are available to purchase the following products.  

  • Admission to the Visitor Complex (e.g. daily admission, annual pass, senior special admission, U.S. active duty military special admission)
  • KSC Up-Close Tours to take you behind the scenes 
  • Lunch With An Astronaut
  • Audio guide rental, available in multiple languages  
  • Wheelchair, electric scooter and stroller/double stroller rentals (learn more about rental fees)

Will Call

Will Call is located to the right of the Main Entrance, just behind the fountain. Here, crew members can assist you with the following:

  • Redeem or adjust reservations made by phone or online
  • Exchange vouchers for admission tickets
  • Re-issue lost or forgotten tickets
  • Issue Educator Study Passes
  • All of the same services as the Ticket Windows (listed above)

Information Central

Information Central is located just inside the park to the left of the Main Entrance. Team members can assist you with the following:

  • General park information and assistance
  • Issue stickers for KSC Up-Close Tours
  • Guides for guests with disabilities or foreign languages
  • Daily schedule of astronaut appearances, IMAX movie times and shows
  • Audio guide pick up
  • Wheelchair and stroller/double stroller pick up

Guest Services 

Guest Services is located past the turnstiles inside the Visitor Complex to the immediate right. Crew members can assist you with the following:

  • Processing annual passes
  • General park information and assistance
  • All of the same services as the Ticket Windows (listed above)

General Information

Maps and Virtual Tours

View maps of the Visitor Complex, tour locations and virtual tours. Visitor Complex maps are available at the Ticket Windows and Information Central. 

Smoking

For the comfort and safety of our guests, smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is permitted in the Visitor Complex in designated smoking areas only. These designated areas are conveniently located throughout the park and are clearly marked on park maps.

Kennel

Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex offers kennel service for pets for FREE. The kennel is available beginning at 9 am until park close.

You may bring pet food, snacks, toys, blankets and water dishes for the pet's comfort. Please bring a valid government-issued ID to verify that you are picking up the correct pet.
